Position Details :
Full Time - 5 Day Work Week with Rotating Saturdays

Your Role :
Provide outstanding customer service at check-in and check-out for patients and parents.
Greet patients and parents warmly upon their arrival and departure.
Keep parents informed about the progress of their appointments.
Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk and waiting area.
Verify patient insurance eligibility prior to appointments and ensure records are up-to-date.
Communicate service limits to the clinical team before patient treatment.
Prepare all necessary patient files ahead of appointments.
Coordinate with the clinical team to offer same-day care opportunities.
Help achieve office financial goals by optimizing schedules.
Schedule follow-up appointments and six-month recalls for patients.
Answer phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately, and taking messages as needed.
Make outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments and remind patients of needed treatments.
Ensure patient records are organized and filed correctly at the end of each day.
Adhere to all regulations and company standards and practices with integrity.
Verify and collect any out-of-pocket balances from patients prior to treatment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred office experience in a dentist's or physician's office.
Experience in children’s dentistry is a plus.
