Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior analysts and management to gather and analyze data, conduct research, and generate insights to support decision-making processes
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Utilize analytical tools and software to manipulate and interpret complex data sets
- Exposure to teams in our Real Estate Finance and Supply Chain, Merchandise Planning, and Operations departments
- Stay up to date with industry developments, trends, and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes and methodologies
- Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation
- Actively participate in performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback sessions to enhance your professional development

Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
