Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior analysts and management to gather and analyze data, conduct research, and generate insights to support decision-making processes
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Utilize analytical tools and software to manipulate and interpret complex data sets
• Exposure to teams in our Real Estate Finance and Supply Chain, Merchandise Planning, and Operations departments
• Stay up to date with industry developments, trends, and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes and methodologies
• Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation
• Actively participate in performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback sessions to enhance your professional development
• Embrace a culture of continuous learning and take initiative to expand your knowledge and skills in relevant areas by participating in a robust training curriculum covering topics such as data analysis, market research, financial modeling, and industry trends

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
