Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards and supporting the Store Management Team in generating sales, sign waving, and general housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of the store
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
- Generate sales and support the Store Management Team in sign waving and general housekeeping
- Assist with merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 16
- Ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
