Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.
Job Summary:
- The Resource Nurse assumes responsibility for providing appropriate staffing and patient assignments
- The Resource Nurse provides direction of hospital operation in the absence of the Department Managers and Administrators on scheduled shifts
Job Requirements:
- IA RN license, BLS, and ACLS are required
- Minimum of 3 years RN inpatient experience required
- Critical Care experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems
Job Schedule:
- Weekend Package Position Fri-Sat-Sun Day/Night Rotation
- Work a minimum 42 out of 52 weekends per year
- May work additional shifts during the weekday or receive extra weekend pay for additional shifts
- Wage is 10% above base pay with electing benefits or 33% above with no benefits - your choice
- The schedule may fluctuate based upon needs of the department
3 Day Weekend Package incentive of paid 8 hours extra every payday!
- Example: Work 72 hrs - be paid 80 hrs in a pay period
- Example: Scheduled to work 1872 hrs per year but are paid an additional 208 hrs at your hourly rate
