Position Highlights
Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500 employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital
Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing procedures
- Point of sale system to include cash handling and employee charging
- Balance/close out money drawer after each shift
- Make and serve drinks and food to order
- Perform sanitation processes in work area and customer area
- Engage in caring and professional communication
Requirements:
- Food industry and barista experience preferred
- Comfortable with point of sale systems including credit card and cash handling
- Customer service driven
Please note this position is hourly and does not receive tips.
Schedule:
- As needed based on full-time Head Barista schedule
- 5:30a-3p
- Mon-Fri
- Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs on the department
