We're looking for a Senior Construction Manager to lead large-scale, high-speed data center builds across North America with experience in hyperscale complex, high-performance environments
What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end construction deliver from preconstruction through to turnover
Lead large, multi-vendor project teams multiple external partners per site
Own budgets, schedules, contracts, and quality outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders across design, engineering, IT, operations & more
Drive construction excellence while supporting innovation and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
7 years of experience in commercial/hyperscale construction data center experience
Strong understanding of MEP/CSA trades and project delivery models
Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to support projects across regions
Salary : $160 - $190
