Job Title : Energy Marshal - Electrical Specialist

About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Energy Marshal to join our team in Gävle, Sweden. In this critical role, you will oversee and ensure the effective implementation of the Energy Isolation Program across our construction and commissioning projects. Your expertise will ensure compliance with safety standards, minimize disruptions to operations, and uphold best practices in energy management.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate energy isolation activities, ensuring adherence to MS safety standards (e.g., NFPA70E 2018).
Liaise with contractors and MS Operations to integrate energy management into active data center operations.
Audit and verify compliance with permit-to-work and LOTO procedures across multiple projects.
Provide expertise in managing complex energy systems, ensuring effective design and redundancy.
Assist in resolving non-standard incidents, including LOTO removal and accident investigations.
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Extensive experience in medium-voltage (MV) switching, electrical distribution, and commissioning.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and auditing skills.
Familiarity with energy systems in data centers.
