We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to lead the construction of a 6MW Ground Mount Solar Project in Indiana. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of renewable energy infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in construction, specifically in renewable energy projects. Strong electrical background and experience supervising subcontractors and managing site QA/QC are essential requirements.
Job Description:
- Supervise and direct on-site personnel, including subcontractors and electricians
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Conduct site inspections, oversee testing, and maintain high-quality installation standards
- Keep stakeholders informed through regular updates and progress reports
- Maintain thorough project documentation
- Coordinate with engineers, permitting authorities, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution
This is a 12-month contract with 100% on-site presence required, Monday through Friday. Occasional travel to Illinois will be covered, including flights, rental cars, mileage, and hotel expenses.
