Seeking an accomplished Trial Attorney to join a prestigious law firm in Wichita. You will represent clients trials, arbitrations, mediations, and other legal proceedings; develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documents; draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests; manage all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit management; negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal options; and communicate effectively with clients.
