The successful individual will be an inspiring leader with a proven tack record within Management Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day to day operations including financial management, resource allocation, ensuring efficient workflows
- Executing the strategic business plan
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Inspire, lead and motivate to ensure their is a positive and productive environment encouraging collaboration and driving high performance
Key Skills & experience
- A proven track record in management consulting, ideally firms of a different size and maturity
- A strategic thinker, confident in decision making and able to influence and drive transformation,
- Excellent communicator
- High level of self awareness and emotional intelligence
- Led mid-large sized high performing teams effectively
Salary : $300,000 - $350,000
