Resource Management

We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to find their new Resource & Operations Manager, supporting an international team of niche specialists with an inclusive and innovative culture.

Operating in over 50 countries, this firm requires a collaborative and strategic Resource & Operations Manager to plan resources for their service offering and lead day-to-day operations in the region. The role is initially offered on a 6-12 month contract with a view to going permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resource planning across the region to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align client requirements with operational and delivery teams.
• Map pipeline forecasts, predict delivery challenges, and prepare solutions in advance.
• Understand team capabilities and capacity to best place resources.
• Support facilities management and local office operations.
• Manage KPIs and target delivery.
• Couch project teams, lead operational excellence, and continually improve processes.
• Create a culture of excellence and drive business values.
• Bild trusting relationships with key stakeholders, peers, and colleagues.

To Be Successful:

• Demonstrable track record of leading operations in a global matrixed organisation.
• Experience in fast-paced project delivery backgrounds.
• Natural ability to forecast with strong planning and resource allocation skills.
• Financially literate.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering excellence.
• People management experience.
• Genuine collaborator and relationship builder.
• Able to work in the NY office minimum 3 days per week with flexibility for international travel.
• Event planning experience desirable.
• Flexible and agile approach required.
