Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Animatronics Associate, your primary responsibility will be to assist with inventory management and help ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse during the peak season. You will help organize stock, coordinate shipments, and maintain an efficient workflow within the warehouse. Additionally, during the off-season, you will take on a role in the call center as the first point of contact for both customers and store employees, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage and allocate animatronic parts
- Track delivery deadlines and coordinate with teams to ensure timely receipt of parts as well as oversee the receipt and inspection of parts, ensuring all items are accurately accounted for
- Report discrepancies or issues to management and vendors for prompt resolution
- Handle incoming support calls, assess guest issues, and take the necessary steps to resolve them efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards within the warehouse
- Perform other duties as needed to support both warehouse and guest-facing operations
Qualifications
- High School or Associate degree in any field is preferred, and 1-3 years of customer service/warehouse and logistics experience is a plus
- Spreadsheet and word processing knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Experience providing guest support in technical or customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Strong time management and organization skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
