Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support to guests and store associates, troubleshooting Animatronic and ISE product issues via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose problems with Animatronics, isolate failure points, and determine necessary troubleshooting steps or parts to resolve issues.
- Test Animatronics in preseason to ensure functionality and readiness for store setups and troubleshooting.
- Create and redesign 3D parts as needed for repairs or product improvements.
- Assist with inventory control, shipping parts, and managing costs related to replacements and repairs.

Qualifications
- Enrollment in college for the upcoming semester
- Completion of your sophomore year
- Graduate students are welcome
- Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ
