Responsibilities

The 3D Designer to lead the creation, design, and technical specifications for our proprietary hardline merchandise products.

Develop comprehensive technical specification packages for all direct-sourced hardline and accessory products

Create compelling product illustrations and concepts for presentation to buyers, collaborating closely with the merchandise and product development teams

Address queries from factories and implement effective problem-solving strategies throughout the production process

Communicate technical details and construction methods to manufacturing partners

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field with a focus on 3D illustration and / or 5 - 7 years of demonstrated experience

Strong illustration skills, including the ability to depict human anatomy and stylized forms (e.g., zombies, monsters) using both traditional and digital techniques

Expertise in modeling and sculpting both organic and hard-surface 3D models, including file preparation for 3D printing

Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Maya, Lightwave 3D, Blender, Poser, ZBrush) is essential, with experience in a Mac-based environment preferred

Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Experience in toy design a plus

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
