Position Overview :
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Deltek VantagePoint Solutions Consulting Practice
Responsibilities :
Review current state of project based billing system
Provide options and solutions to improve experience for payroll
Define integration points between Deltek and ADP Payroll system
Provide options and solutions to improve user experience for employees entering project time
Meet needs of Finance team regarding job costing and customer billing
Required Qualification(s) :
Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint
Experience providing best practices for Deltek VantagePoint workflows
Knowledge of integrating with ADP Payroll Software-WFN
Preferred Qualification(s) :
Knowledge of ADP Lyric and needs for future state implementation
Ability to faciliate multiple priorities between Payroll team, Finance team and employee experience
Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of December 16, 2024 with an initial duration through March 29, 2025 , with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort :
Part time, 10-20 hours per week (variable based on client needs)
Working Hours :
US based time zones, client is Central time
