Position Summary :
Responsible for recruiting qualified candidates for job openings and building a candidate pipeline for future opportunities. This is completed by establishing, building, maintaining, and retaining candidate relationships. In addition, responsible for driving revenue to the company by establishing new client relationships as well as growing existing business inside of existing clients. This position will also include life-cycle account management, including but not limited to prospecting / cold & warm-calling, presentation, closure and on-going client management.
Recruiter Skills and Qualifications :
Results oriented self-starter with a strong motivation for a position as a commissioned recruiter.

Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for candidates (consultative approach).
- Capable of understanding the client job requirements and relaying this information to potential candidates.

Confidence The ability to be comfortable discussing technology with applicants and management at the Company.

Associates Degree or 5 years professional work experience required. Experience in the IT recruiting industry a plus.
Must maintain valid driver's license and insurance as travel outside of the office may be required to attend client meetings, consultant meetings and off-site training.
Recruiter Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager. Ask questions to help identify the right candidate(s).
Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills.
Source, interview, and select applicants for current and / or future job openings.
Interview candidates in person, telephone, or videoconference to ascertain the competence of candidates against a job description. Follow STG's RightFIT Candidate Checklist to gather pertinent applicant information.
Format resumes for submittal as per client requirements.
Present candidate resume and any other requirements to submitting manager to scrutinize or consider for client submittal.
Oversee entire recruiting process to ensure positive candidate experience and strong relationships.
Facilitate interview with hiring manager and applicant. Prep applicants for phone screens / interview with the client.
Candidate Follow-up : Keep your candidates in the loop with client feedback and any pertinent information about the jobs to which they have been submitted.
Prepare and present all external and internal on-boarding paperwork.
Consultant Management - Maintain ongoing relationship with placed candidates. Continue building relationship to uncover potential business opportunities, get referrals for other new business opportunities or referrals to new candidates. Keep all records current; resume, demographic information, etc. in the CRM system.
Effectively utilize all forms of communication to position the Company to candidates.
Negotiate rate with qualified candidate(s) while assuring rate integrity / margins.
Capable of understanding the client job requirement and relaying this information to potential candidates.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual goals set forth by management.
Stay abreast of industry practices, sourcing techniques and external market trends.
Continually search for best ways to find qualified candidates, how to find passive candidates and attend networking events.
Willingness to mentor other recruiting team members as requested by management.
Business Development Representative Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop new business for the company.
Grow existing client relationships resulting in new revenue to the company. New revenue means outside of existing or former line(s) of business where STG was engaged previously.
Negotiate Master Service Agreements with new business. Negotiate contract terms, while assuring rate integrity / margins, to current and prospective clients.
Gain full understanding the job requirement(s) and successfully relay this information to the STG Recruiting staff.
Liaise between client and STG Recruiting staff and / or candidate on candidate feedback.
Manage Statements of Work (SOW's) for each client engagement.
Assure rate integrity / margins on each SOW.
Manage each SOW and engagement to ensure client satisfaction and additional potential work.
Maintains constant contact with prospects & clients to serve their needs in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner; in person, telephone, email, text, etc.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals set forth by management.
Work with Accounts Receivable on any past-due account collections.
Stay abreast of industry practices and competitive landscape, rates and trends
Willingness to mentor other sales team members as requested by management.
ttendance :
This position requires daily attendance at the office. Requests to work outside the office must be made in writing to the Recruiting Manager and approval will be at the Recruiting Manager's sole discretion.
