What are the responsibilities and job description for the UKG Ultipro Payroll Consultant position at Spencer Thomas Group?
Position Overview :
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our UKG Ultipro Payroll Consulting team
Responsibilities :
Identify issues in current system structure
Diagnostic review on implementation build
Assist client with process improvement
Document best practices
Training for current / future staff on payroll processing
Required Qualification(s) :
Experience with UKG Ultipro
Experience with diagnosing causes of incorrect data flow
Experience with process improvement / change management
Experience documenting and training staff on new processes
Preferred Qualification(s) :
Familiarity with cleaning up audit results
Familiiarity with 403B data flows inside Ultipro
Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of March 10, 2025 with an initial duration through October 25, 2025 , with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort :
Part time 15-25 hours per week
Working Hours : East Coast USA
