Responsibilities
- Be a positive representation of SPENGA
- Retain and increase client participation
- Submit accurate and timely reports
- Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
Requirements:
- The best attitude in your friend group
- A love for the fit-ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus).
- Highly motivated and hungry for commissions
- Time Management
- Membership sales to clients/prospects
- Flexibility in the hours is required- Some days we require morning shift coverage and some days afternoon/ evening shift coverage is required

- Member outreach to ensure engagement and retention
- Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects
- Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions
- Plan and participate in lead generation activities
- Participate in studio events and other promotions
- Maintain the cleanliness of the studio
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Flexibilty in hours required- May require few morning hours and few afternoon/evening hours during the week
