Part-time manager/front desk is a positive, energetic and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of members.
Qualifications:
- Very customer and client friendly and loves working with people
- Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
- Motivation and drive
- Excellent customer service and able to explain promotions and fitness packages to clients. Prefers sales skills
- Comfortable with fitness and high energy environment.
- Welcome clients and know members
- Ensure studio is cleaned, organized and set up for instructors
- Explain memberships and retail to prospective clients
- Follow up with studio questions with text, phone calls and emails.
- Retain and increase client participation
- Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
- Maintain clean facility and complete cleaning tasks
- As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
