SPENGA is looking for an energetic General Manager to lead our team in the Western Suburbs of Chicago! These studios were the very first SPENGA's to open (there are now 50 studios across the country). We continue to bring the Best. WERKOUT. Ever. to the Western Suburbs through our unique combination of spin, strength, and yoga. Twenty minutes of each = the most effective and efficient 60-minute workout!
General Manager Position Summary : The manager is responsible for the performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, driving membership sales, staff development, member experience, and promoting the SPENGA brand.

With 50 studios running and 250 territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
