The west suburban studios were the very first SPENGA's to open (there are now 50 studios across the country). We continue to bring the Best. WERKOUT. Ever. to the Western Suburbs through our unique combination of spin, strength, and yoga. Twenty minutes of each = the most effective and efficient 60-minute workout!
Position Summary :

Strong management and leadership abilitiesPrevious sales experience is required; preferably high-end goods or servicesWillingness to learn. Sell memberships and retailMeet and exceed sales and retention expectationsRetain and increase client participationSet up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.Maintain clean facilityAs a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

With 50 studios running and 250 territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our learning management system, along with hands-on training with the management team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
Compensation : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

With 50 studios running and 250 territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
Salary : $15 - $18
