Responsibilities: The Landscape Account Manager ensures complete customer "delight," specifically as it pertains to quality, responsiveness, communications, proactiveness and value.
- The Manager attends monthly (or as scheduled) walk-throughs and provide reports They maintain communication with clients, ensure client satisfaction, provide prompt follow-up to all service requests (within 24 hrs.), provide prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries-emails & phone calls (within 24 hrs.), monitor and maintain contractual obligations, provide and maintain landscape up-sales, assist in organizing, ordering and installation process of landscape enhancements (to include pulling of P.O. and orderings, set-up and follow-up), monitoring all assigned properties for general appearance and workmanship, assist Operations Supervisor with any activities to be addressed on the property and provide feedback to them
