Commercial Landscape Project Manager

Crystal Greens Landscape is looking to hire an Experienced Commercial Landscape Project Manager.  2-3 years prior experience is required. You will lead & support the construction production team and ensure business success through project management activity including but not limited to project estimation, procurement, job & resource scheduling, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Delegating and conveying tasks on projects to supervisors and foreman to be best positioned to complete them.
• Having the ability to make quick decisions efficiently and effectively when presented with multiple possibilities, to best suit the company and our customers.
• Serving as a point of contact for all involved when multiple groups are assigned to the same project and ensure all are coordinated properly and working together to get the tasks and project completed.
• Communicating with Account Managers, Operations Managers, Pre-Construction Manager, and the Sr. Project Manager to keep the project aligned with their goals, including timelines, schedules, labor usage and budgets.
• Performing quality control on all projects throughout each job by continuously communicating to supervisors and others involved.
• Adjust schedules and labor on jobs to accommodate the needs of the project or schedule.
• Exhibit effective and timely subcontractor coordination, material ordering, equipment allocation and labor needs prior to the start of projects.
• Participate in after action project reviews including quality, scheduling, efficiency, and gross margin analysis.

Requirements: 

• Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Proven working experience as a project manager and all aspects of landscape construction & renovation projects.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Demonstrable experience with project metrics
• Knowledge of construction & renovation project management systems including design tools
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Possess strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Preferred bi-lingual (Spanish/English)

Location: Portland, OR 

Pay is depending on experience.

Schedule is 40-50 hrs. a week during peak season
