What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor- Ko Olina position at Sperber Landscape Companies LLC?
We are looking for an individual who takes pride and has experience in keeping things neat, clean and sanitized from top to bottom.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Dependable, reliable, a self motivated individual
Clean, dust & sanitize office spaces, restrooms and common areas, to include:
- surfaces (desks & shelves)
- floors & carpets
- high touch areas
- baseboards
- window sills
- sweep & mop
- empty trash & replace trash liners.
This would be an evening shift, start time can be discussed. 3 hours per day (15-18 hrs. per week)
Salary : $17 - $19
