What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Enhancement Account Manager position at Sperber Landscape Companies LLC?
Community Landscape is looking for an Account Manager to manage new and existing client relationships, oversee ongoing property enhancements, and manage seasonal needs. In this position, you will ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining budget goals and source new business to increase our landscape maintenance portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Facilitate transition from landscape construction client to a landscape maintenance client
- Work with clients to develop a property enhancement plan
- Work with Operations Manager to schedule crews and equipment as needed
- Communicate with clients and visit properties regularly to ensure clients’ needs are being met
- Build and develop landscape maintenance client portfolio by generating referrals from existing clients and developing overall marketing and sales strategy
- Manage account estimates, contracts, and upsell services
- Accurately invoice clients monthly and maintain receivables using Aspire software system
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of horticultural practices, plant species identification and knowledge of plant varieties
- Some experience with disease & insect identification and control a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, landscape crews and management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are required
- Ability to proactively and independently problem solve as issues arise
- Ability to learn new software systems independently
