Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the company s technology infrastructure and operations across 40 locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system management, alongside exceptional leadership and communication skills. The IT Manager will collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute technology strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring PCI compliance, security, and operational reliability.
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master s preferred).
- 5 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in mid-size companies within the petroleum, retail, or convenience sectors.
- Proven expertise in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with NetGear, Meraki, and Fortinet platforms.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of successful execution.
- Strong knowledge of PCI compliance and data protection protocols.
- Effective team leadership and mentoring abilities.
