Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ServiceNow implementation projects across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing ServiceNow projects, aligning business objectives with technical solutions, and ensuring seamless execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and oversee ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
· Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and end-users to drive project success.
· Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring effective communication across teams.
· Provide leadership in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
· Ensure compliance with best practices, industry standards, and company policies.
· Lead and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, risk assessments, and change management discussions.
· Drive adoption and continuous improvement in ServiceNow processes and functionalities.
· Provide education to the client on ITIL best practices.
· Oversee the configuration and deployment of ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
· Coordinate integration efforts between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
· Track project deliverables and milestones while ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage testing, validation, and go-live activities.
· Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption and ensure a smooth transition.
· Provide post-implementation support and continuous optimization of ServiceNow processes.
Required Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience managing IT projects for ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM implementations.
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
· Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Certifications (one or more of the following):
· PMP (Project Management Professional)
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITAM, or ITOM
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices
· Experience in large-scale IT service transformation projects.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
