L2 Technical Support
L2 Technical Support – Break/Fix, Imaging, and Vendor Coordination
Responsibilities:
· Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
· Re-image devices and reinstall/configure applications as needed
· Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications
· Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware replacements
· Document issues and resolutions in the IT service management system (, Remedy, etc.)
Requirements:
· 2-5 years of experience in L2 IT support
· Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and OS issues
· Experience in an enterprise IT environment
· Preferred certifications: CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
