Spero is a multi-faceted social service agency that offers more than 10 programs to individuals, children, and families across the region. Our mission here at Spero is to offer hope, help and healing by providing Christ-centered human services to meet the ever-changing needs of individuals, families and communities.
Our Nurturing Parent Program is geared towards equipping families with essential skills. Its primary goal is to teach positive parenting behaviors to prevent families from relapsing, reduce the rate of juvenile delinquency, and break the cycle of abuse. Our Wraparound Program is an intensive, strengths-based, and family-driven process that supports families staying together. The program is a planning process that follows a series of steps to help children and their families realize their goals.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Nurturing Parent Family Intervention Specialist (Bachelor's Degree)
- Wraparound Family Support Facilitator (Bachelor's Degree)
