The Benefits Representative is responsible for direct management and oversite of individual's field performance, including new business acquisition & existing portfolio management.
Our agency already services over 1000 companies / municipalities in South Carolina but it only accounts for 3% of the marketplace.
That leaves 97% that still need our services.
The Benefits Representatives responsibility includes responding to clients' inquiries in a professional manner, providing sound financial advice to clients to protect their assets. You should also be able to follow up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the products or services purchased.
To be successful as a benefits representative, you should be able to build rapport with clients and continually meet or exceed sales goals. Ultimately, a top-performing benefits representative should be knowledgeable of financial regulations as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
