Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards. Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accurate dimensions and tolerances.
Documentation and Reporting:
Record inspection data and maintain accurate documentation of quality control checks. Report any deviations or defects discovered during inspections to supervisors or relevant personnel.
Adherence to Procedures:
Follow established manufacturing and assembly procedures to ensure consistency and uniformity in product quality. Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production and assembly teams to address quality issues and provide timely feedback for corrective actions. Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a collaborative and proactive work environment.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and efficiency improvements. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement plans.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to supervisors.
Equipment Maintenance:

Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification is a plus. Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document defects. Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control procedures. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and procedures.
