Job Purpose:
Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for passengers while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of passengers.
- Securely multi-load and transport wheelchair passengers.
- Maintain a clean vehicle (inside and outside) throughout shifts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and office personnel.
- Adapt to variables such as traffic, weather, and trip changes.
- Provide door-through-door service with professionalism.
- Utilize defensive driving techniques to ensure passenger safety.
- Navigate and efficiently handle multiple applications and GPS technology.
- Be kind, courteous, and friendly when interacting with passengers, caregivers, and staff.
- Maintain a great attitude, even in challenging situations.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
