Manufacturing Engineer (Leak Testing)
We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in leak testing to work on an exciting project with a pioneering client in the renewable energy sector. In this role you will contribute to the development and optimization of testing processes for innovative manufacturing technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the development and refinement of testing processes such as leak testing Hipot and continuity testing to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Partner with equipment teams to design build and install testing systems ensuring seamless integration into production environments.
- Conduct statistical analysis and process capability studies (e.g. Design of Experiments) to optimize testing methods and improve manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to enhance process reliability and yield.
- Take ownership of testing processes from concept through highvolume production in a fastpaced dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Provide feedback to design teams to ensure products are optimized for manufacturability and testing efficiency.
