Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support on digital solutions and training programs.
- Deliver technical presentations training and consultations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Support sales teams with cost estimations and proposals.
- Review and interpret technical drawings for project alignment.
- Oversee Training Center operations including scheduling and content management.
- Monitor training utilization customer feedback and order intake.
- Act as a liaison between departments for smooth coordination.
- Engage in industry events to enhance market presence.
- Assist in quotations technical documentation and customer solutions.
- Travel (20%) for client visits conferences and training.
