SPF America, LLC is currently hiring an Inside Sales Manager for our Fort Smith, AR location. We offer a family oriented working environment and the ability to learn and grow within the organization.
Position Summary:
This position will support our facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Successful candidates will have keen attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and display a sense of urgency. The primary responsibility is ensuring SPF Customer Service Representatives are meeting the needs of our customers with respect to order entry, order acknowledgment, and order delivery.
Duties:
· Manage the Customer Service Representative (CSR) group to achieve a minimum of 97% OTD.
· Guide the CSR group to maintain a stellar relationship with SPF’s customers to ensure problems are resolved promptly and professionally.
· Monitor customer product changes, forecasts, pricing expirations, and take action to mitigate scheduling issues.
· Ensure customer orders are converted to Jobs and acknowledged back to customer within 24 hours.
· Evaluate customer accounts and advise SPF how to improve business performance based on findings.
· Update customer records in Plex when personnel changes occur.
· Ensure the CSR group adheres to all SPF policies and procedures.
· Assist the Outside Sales Group with understanding of plant capacity and capability.
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Five years of demonstrated experience as a sales professional.
· Demonstrated advanced communication and analytical skills along with organizational skills and great attention to detail.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Plex ERP experience is a plus.
· Proficiency to learn new systems and processes and be able to communicate effectively with team members from all levels of the organization.
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Proficient in making decisions and solving problems.
· Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work.
