What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Auditor position at SPF America?
SPF America, LLC seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Position Summary:
This position will support our facility in Fort Smith, AR. Successful candidates will have keen attention to detail, problem-solving, and display a sense of urgency. The primary responsibility of the Quality Auditor is to ensure that all SPF employees are using published quality practices, and to report any irregularities to the Quality Manager.
Duties:
Daily audits of production work centers to ensure the following:
The work center being audited has the correct;
· Paperwork
· Job number
· Part number
· Part number and revision of drawing match the job sheet
· If there is a program, does it match what is called out on the job sheet
· Measurements of the parts being audited are recorded
· Does the part meet the drawing specifications
· Was there a first piece signoff
· Are subsequent checks being recorded
· Are notes on the job sheet or drawing being followed
· Is the work center adhering to 5-S principles
· Are there any unsafe conditions
Desired Skills & Experience:
· At least three years of demonstrated experience.
· Demonstrated communication and analytical skills along with great attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Proficient in troubleshooting, making decisions, and solving problems.
· Good handle on organizing, planning, and prioritizing work.
· The aforementioned duties are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities for the Quality Auditor. Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
