Key Responsibilities :
1. Document business processes, goals, challenges, and tool know-how
Analyze business requirements for Data and BI optimization projects
2. Design solutions and capture functional specs, process flows, and data models
3. Collaborate with interface teams to define integration needs and mappings
Develop test plans and work closely with end users for acceptance
4. Maintain documentation for configurations, customization's, processes, and maintenance
5. Collaborate with Project Managers / stakeholders for timely delivery and escalate issues as needed
Desired Skills :
1. Strong knowledge of Data and Business Intelligence tools
2. Experience in the Telecom industry, especially BI tools in a telecom service provider
3. Familiarity with telecom pricing models, bundles, and promotions
4. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
5. Understanding of Revenue Assurance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping
6. Experience with BI tools, ticketing tools, and Data Governance
