Qualifications and Skills:-
1.Technical Skills:
∙Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
∙Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in SAP performance testing, with specific expertise in
LoadRunner and SAP S/4HANA.
∙Proficiency in creating, configuring, and executing LoadRunner scripts for SAP S/4HANA
applications.
∙In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and integration points.
∙Familiarity with SAP performance monitoring tools and best practices for optimizing SAP
S/4HANA performance.
2.Analytical Skills:
∙Strong analytical abilities to interpret SAP S/4HANA performance data, identify bottlenecks, and
recommend optimizations.
∙Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot performance issues and propose effective solutions.
3.Communication and Collaboration:
∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying test results and
recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∙Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis
administrators, developers, and network specialists.
4.Certifications and Additional Experience:
∙Certifications in SAP performance testing, SAP S/4HANA, or LoadRunner are highly desirable.
∙Experience with other performance testing tools is a plus but not mandatory.
