Job Description
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership qualities. They will be proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite, and have a strong track record of working with design teams to complete projects.
They will also be responsible for collaborating with land planners and landscape architects to develop problem-solving solutions, assisting in establishing project goals with the project team, working with project teams during Schematic and Design Development phases to assess site infrastructure plans, preparing all aspects of Construction Documents, and guiding projects through the permitting process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Professional licensing preferred but not required)
- 5 years of related experience required
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership qualities
- Strong track record of working with design teams to complete projects
- Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and similar tools of practice
