What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at SPG Therapy & Education - San Joaquin?
Must have two years of experience as a BCBA. School experience
preferred!
Salary: $86000-$115000 annually.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with
requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload
• Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance
treatment outcomes for assigned caseload
• Maintain regular communication with school staff and supervisors

Requirements:
• Current BCBA certification
• At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions
and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities
• Experience training school staff and parents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a
collaborative and supportive team member
General Requirements:
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
