Skilled Laborer

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Lead to join our team. As a Construction Lead, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects and ensuring worksites are safe and efficient. The Lead will be responsible for other members of the team and will be responsible for all communications.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools
- Perform demolition work as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks

-Communicating with Client and Project Managers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction or related field
• Knowledge and understanding of standard safety guidelines
• Experience in hauling and driving trailers
• Experience with Finish Work - Trim, baseboards and windows
• Demo
• Framing - walls and porch covers, etc.
• Floor Prep and install - primarily LVP
• Window Install
• Finish work- Base, door and windows
• Siding repair & install
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
