Are you a recent graduate with a passion for digital media, performance marketing, and data-driven strategy? We’re looking for a sharp, motivated individual to join our growing Ad Operations team in the US.
My client is a fast-growing social video advertising platform operating across the US, UK, and Australia. As a Google Premier Partner, KidSafe-certified (COPPA compliant), and TAG Brand Safety Accredited, we help some of the world’s most iconic brands — like Salesforce, Lego, Pokémon, Paramount, Channel, ASICS, Hasbro, and more — reach the right audience with precision and transparency.
Our proprietary AI analyzes millions of YouTube videos to deliver brand-safe, hyper-relevant ad campaigns that drive real results across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Mobile Gaming, and CTV.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and launch campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, and Meta using our platform and unique data insights
- Optimize campaign performance and translate data into actionable strategies
- Deliver post-campaign insights that tell the story behind the numbers
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with major brands
- Collaborate with global teams in the US, UK, and Australia to develop strategic account plans
- Partner with our Ad Ops & Data Analytics team to consistently deliver on KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good with numbers and Data set
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Certifications across data analytics or media buying advertising platforms is a massive plus
- Bright and Mature attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- A university degree or relevant higher education is a plus
- Passion for the client portfolio
- A genuine interest in digital media and campaign performance
