Sales Director, New York City - Programmatic Native Advertising - $130-170k base Double OTE

New York City based, Hybrid in the office

The Company

My client is an absolute leader in their space of Programmatic Advertising into the Luxury, Finance and Premium space! Having been around in the industry for a while, they have unrivaled expertise and brand recognition as a result!

Having various offices spread across multiple countries, they are looking to add to their tight-knit team over here in the US. Majority of their global revenue is coming from the US Market, therefore massive growth is expected to be had as they aim to double US team in size in the upcoming year.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the leaders in the business and have a lot of say in the direction of the business in start-up phase! They are looking for someone who is in the Programmatic space, with ideally some experience selling Native Advertising, to sell to Enterprise brands direct in the Financial industry, and play a critical role in continuing and bringing in new growth to their business.

Any contacts in the Financial/Insurance space is a big plus!

The role has progression to a VP and Leadership position in the future too if desired!

The Role

As a Sales Director you will be:

• Selling the company's innovative technology proposition to mainly Brands Direct across the US
• Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
• Maintain and build upon relationships, continuing to network and secure new business
• Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their campaigns
• Provide training and support to your clients using the technology
• Hit quarterly and yearly targets set

You

• 4 years Agency Sales experience to Brands Directly
• Programmatic Sales experience is a must have. Native is a nice to have.
• Experience selling at a Publisher or Media Owner highly desirable
• They would love some Lifestyle brand contacts if possible!
• Ambitious and driven self-starter
• Good knowledge of Programmatic and passionate about ad technology
• A knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges
• Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
• Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
