About our client :
We are a leading provider of digital marketing software, seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. The AM will manage client relationships, ensuring they maximize the value of our retail media platform to enhance campaign performance. This role requires a strong understanding of Retail Media, Digital Advertising, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven, consultative approach to client success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with clients to delver strategy for campaign optimization on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Onboard and train clients to effectively use our platform for day-to-day campaign management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Continuously share actionable recommendations to help clients improve performance and adopt new platform features.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to drive platform innovation and meet market needs.
- Support senior team members in fostering client retention and identifying opportunities for account growth.
