Programmatic Account Manager - Omnichannel Programmatic Platform - $75,000 - $100,000 plus 11% bonus
The Job
My Client is an incredible Ad Tech with over 200 people globally who have seriously scaled since their inception.They are an omnichannel solution with their own programmatic tech bus also have intergrations with the likes of Amazon DSP, Xand, Stackadapt and more! some clients include Ikea, American Express and American Airlines!
They are looking for an experienced account manager to join their growing team here in New York to look after some of their top clients!
The Role
- Accountable for answering questions, completing requests, and resolving issues for all your designated clients
- Manage multiple client initiatives at different phases of the media planning cycle to ensure a successful launch, delivery, and performance. This includes but not limited to :
- Managing throughout the pre-launch process : client kick off calls, targeting generation, asset deliveries, etc.
- Post-campaign Launch duties : screenshots, client confirmations, and initial reporting
- Weekly / Monthly client reporting and optimization recommendations
- Identifying potential upsell / incremental opportunities
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Digital Media at an agency or Ad Tech
- Programmatic Account Management knowledge is a must
- Excellent English verbal and written communications skills required
- Highly proficient in data analyzation, manipulation, and presentation (wizard with Microsoft Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
