Production Assembler - Fort Lupton

Sphere Renewables is a key component supplier to Renewable Energy with offices & employees globally. The focus of Sphere Renewables is on Wind Energy & other renewable energy sources.

We are looking for safe and productive employees to support the production lines/processes and aid in the production and shipping of Sphere Renewables products. This position is located at our Fort Lupton location [13516 CR 8].

Duties and responsibilities

Production

• Perform a variety of tasks to accurately assemble fiberglass and plastic assemblies and subassemblies.
• Safely operate hand tools required to assemble parts.
• Safely operate overhead and rotating equipment.
• Work from basic visual aids, layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written/verbal assembly instructions.
• Perform quality checks on work in progress and completed assemblies in accordance with quality specifications.
• Safely load assemblies onto shipping racks.
• Organizing stock and maintaining inventory at your workstation.
• Inspecting products for defects and damages.
  
  

Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and quality standards.

• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment [PPE]
• Participate in company sponsored safety training
• Follow safe work practices
• Report unsafe/hazardous conditions

• Good communication skills
• Able to use basic hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of safety protocols & procedures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
