In this senior-level role, you will leverage your extensive IAM experience to architect and deploy secure solutions, manage multiple client projects, and provide expert guidance on risk remediation and platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- IAM Risk Mitigation : Analyze, assess, and mitigate IAM security risks by conducting thorough reviews of accounts, permissions, entitlements, and metadata. Identify vulnerabilities and recommend risk remediation strategies.
- Platform Implementation and Optimization : Architect, install, and optimize the SPHEREBoard platform across diverse enterprise environments, ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, and security in deployment and operations.
- Client Engagement and Training : Partner with clients to gather technical requirements, configure SPHEREBoard to meet specific needs, and deliver training to ensure they fully understand and effectively utilize the platform.
- Documentation and Process Development : Develop and maintain detailed technical design guides, policy documentation, and process runbooks, ensuring that all procedures are well-documented and up to date.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to communicate and implement risk remediation strategies. Escalate critical issues as necessary, ensuring compliance with change control processes.
- Data Analytics and Reporting : Use advanced data analytics to monitor IAM cybersecurity risks, generating reports that translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for both internal teams and external clients.
- Project Leadership : Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with client engagements, timelines, and Statements of Work (SOW). Deliver projects on time, managing client expectations and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Special Projects : Contribute to special initiatives involving Unstructured Data, Privileged Access, Active Directory, UNIX, and other key infrastructure areas, providing expert-level guidance and technical leadership.
