Junior Account Manager - Adkast
Responsibilities and Duties
- Quality control and auditing
- Calling clients, verifying information and making updates to applications
- Data entry & testing software 3rd party integrations
- Focus on strong customer service skills via phone and written communication
- Research in the multi-housing industry
- Answering phones and general customer service
- Reviewing reports & helping clients understand how to use that data
- Providing demos & training sessions including managing attendees & reminders
Qualifications and Skills
- Highly organized individual with consistent follow-through
- Must type at least 65 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Excellent written & oral communication expertise - English majors are encouraged to apply!
- Solid data entry/keyboard skills
- Computer & internet knowledge & experience is preferred
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to memorize protocols and procedures
- Exhibit creative problem-solving
- Be an introvert with a positive attitude
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and personalities
- Outstanding documentation and concise communication
- Ability to comprehend and manage client expectations
