Assembler - Weekend Shift

Spherion is seeking Assemblers in Arden, NC. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for assembling large electrical boxes according to specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in reading blueprints, and experience using basic hand tools. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Work Schedule:
Friday-Sunday, 7:00am-7:30pm.

Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to assemble electrical breaker boxes accurately.
Assemble components and sub-assemblies using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
Ensure all parts fit correctly and are properly aligned during the assembly process.
Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of assembled breaker boxes.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Skills:
Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools.

Must be able to stand for a full 10 hour shift and lift up to 40 pounds
