Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist candidates with job applications, inquiries, and interview preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job placements.
- Collaborate with team members to identify staffing needs and develop effective solutions.
- Respond promptly to client requests and follow up on candidate progress.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for roles.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their positions.
- Stay informed about industry trends to better assist clients in their hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates effectively.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
